HAKAS PLUSTIG 200 AC/DC is the most advanced intelligent and fully Finnish-speaking TIG welding machine on the market for AC TIG, DC TIG and stick welding. It features the latest and most advanced functions on the market to improve weld quality and accuracy in TIG welding.

The HAKAS PLUSTIG 200 AC/DC is designed for both AC and DC welding with both HF and LIFT-TIG ignition. It is therefore suitable for welding aluminium, structural steels, stainless steels, copper, titanium, nickel and magnesium alloys. LIFT-TIG ignition allows the machine to be used in electrically sensitive environments.

The welding machine comes standard with a remote control torch, which is highly appreciated by professionals, including field welders, making welding even easier, more fun and more productive. The machine's accessories include in-house manufactured trolleys, foot pedals and hand controls.

The machine's fully digital Finnish language control panel makes it particularly easy to adjust the machine's settings. The gas pre- and post-flow times are adjustable, as are the rise and fall times. The machine also has an advanced break current function.

The pulse of the HAKAS PLUSTIG 200 AC/DC machine is adjustable and its pulse ratio and frequency can be adjusted in a wide range of ways. The machine also features advanced AC waveform selection. The waveform can be selected from sine, triangle or square wave. The waveform allows the user to influence the shape of the weld gap, the penetration of the weld and the sound level of the welding process.

The AC balance ratio of the welding current can be adjusted over the entire current range. The AC and DC SPOT functions of the welder make it very easy to (pre-)clamp aluminium and ferrous metal parts.

The machine's professionally acclaimed features include three trigger functions:
2T: start by pressing the trigger, stop by releasing the trigger
4T: start by pressing and releasing the trigger, stop welding by pressing the trigger again
4T MLogic: 4T function that allows the user to preset a lower welding current for a short trigger press. Very useful in applications such as corner and bridge welding.

The HAKAS PLUSTIG AC/DC also works as a full-blooded beam welding machine. It is equipped with highly sophisticated software that allows precise adjustment of the beam welding process at different stages of the welding process.

It has excellent arc characteristics regardless of the quality of the beam. The user adjustable hot start pulse (HOT START) and adjustable arc stabilisation (ARC FORCE) facilitate arc welding. The ANTI-STICK function prevents sticking and damage to the boom.

The machine is also suitable for beam welding in electrically sensitive environments such as hospitals and power stations. The VRD function can be used to reduce the no-load voltage if necessary.

The HAKAS PLUSTIG AC/DC product package also includes a high-quality HAKAS boom holder with solid rubber boom cable. The welding machine is equipped with standard professional large DIX connectors.
